ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has lauded Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his team for their impactful diplomatic efforts during visits to the United States and Europe, effectively countering India’s recent propaganda against Pakistan.
Prime Minister Shehbaz expressed these remarks during a meeting with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday. During the discussion, Bilawal briefed the Prime Minister on the outcomes of the diplomatic missions in the US and Europe.The Prime Minister also hosted a dinner in honor of the Pakistani diplomatic delegation.
In his address, PM Shehbaz commended the entire team for their exemplary representation of Pakistan’s interests on the international stage. He appreciated their dedication and zeal in defending Pakistan’s position, which, he said, resulted in a positive and victorious outcome.He specifically mentioned delegation members Sherry Rehman, Dr. Musadik Malik, Hina Rabbani Khar, Senator Bushra Anjum Butt, Senator Faisal Sabzwari, Engineer Khurram Dastgir, Jalil Abbas Jilani, Tehmina Janjua, and the delegation leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He emphasized that their efforts to present Pakistan’s stance on issues such as the Pahalgam incident and the Indus Waters Treaty in a balanced and accurate manner have been acknowledged worldwide.
