DOHA: Qatar has condemned the Iranian attack on the U.S. airbase in the capital, Doha.
Iran reportedly launched ballistic missiles at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. According to an American news website, Iran fired six ballistic missiles towards Qatar. Qatar claimed that its air defense system successfully intercepted and destroyed one missile headed toward the U.S. airbase.In response to the Iranian attack, Qatar has expressed its stance and stated that it reserves the right to respond.
Qatar also stated that no casualties occurred in the attack on the U.S. airbase and that it is prepared to handle any such threats.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned that Qatar had preemptively evacuated the Al Udeid military base as a security measure.
